Oregon Humane Society Doggie Dash

Portlands Biggest Party for Pets and People. Downtown Portland goes to the dogs on May 10th as we banish cars and let dogs rule the streets! Doggie Dash features a pancake breakfast (free to Dashers, $5 for others) This is Portlands biggest pet walk in the West! We love going to this event. Come with or without your dog and help us raise $500,000 for pets in need!

Brewer's Ale Fest

Come to the Largest Dog-Friendly Beer Festival in the World The 8th Annual Brewers Memorial Ale Fest will be held in Newport, OR. This event is so Oregon and will be Benefiting: Local Oregon Coast charities. Last year 3,200 people and 810 of their best friends attended the festival. The festival was created in memory of Rogue Brewmaster John Maier's faithful companion Brewer, who passed away on May 20, 2006. Brewer grew up in the brewery and eventually rose to the rank of CEO of Rogue Ales. The dog-friendly brew festival is held inside the Rogue Ales Brewery and includes 50+ Microbrews, Live Music, Doggy Musical Chairs, Dog Wash, Dog Dancing and Celebrity dog look-alikes (Rin-Tin-Tin, Lassie, Benji and of course, Brewer).
